Chest of Drawers Knob

This was a small job sent to me by one of my regular clients, he sent me a knob to copy It was a difficult task as it was attached with a wooden screw so the knob had to be drilled and a thread chased in it. unfortunately I did not have a 7TPI. thread chaser so I did it with an 8 Tpi one and had to make a new screw as well. This is the email that he sent me.

This is the email that the client sent me on completion of the work :
Below are the photos of the finished handle with the others on the original chest of drawers or cod as I like to call them.
Your turned handle is on the right side second from bottom.
I think you’ve done an amazing job picking the right timber for colour matching and similar grain , turning it, making the dowel let alone the wooden screw to hold it and it held perfectly.
Long may your good work continue my friend. I’ll no doubt be in touch again soon if you don’t mind.
